If you've listened to radio, danced at a club, or played a record during the past 25 years, you've enjoyed the rhythms of legendary drummer Greg Errico. As a founding member of the influential R & B group, Sly & The Family Stone, Errico's innovative Animation

use of the hi-hat and bass drum on recordings like Dance to the Music, Everyday People, and Stand, amond many others, helped bring about the fusion of jazz and rock. For this accomplishment alone, Greg would have deserved his recent induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but in the 20 years since Sly & the Family Stone broke up, Errico has continued playing and recording on some of rock and roll's most historic albums and tours.

His list of credits lays testament to Errico's ability tp play a wide range of musical styles. From Jerry Garcia Band to Weather Report to Peter Frampton, David Bowie, Santana, Lee Oskar, Harvey Mandel, and The Sy Klopps Blues Band, Greg's talents as a player, songwriter and producer keep him busy and in continuous demand.
